DEIA products are clean cosmetic formulations to boost your confidence using the incredible skincare benefits of Australian botanical ingredients.
We believe that makeup shouldn’t give you bad skin - that’s why DEIA is the first kid on the beauty block to give Aussie natives the kudos they deserve. Our commitment to formulating clean products with a skin-loving focus on Aussie botanicals is what sets us apart from the rest of the crowd.
Where are DEIA products made?
All DEIA products are formulated and manufactured in Australia, using premium Australian and globally-sourced ingredients.
What is DEIA’s clean beauty filter?
We formulate with the DEIA Clean Beauty Filter because we believe in using minimal, non-irritating and non-harmful ingredients for maximum impact.
What is excluded from a product is just as important as what goes into it. Call us radiant and responsible.

Are DEIA products vegan and cruelty-free?
None of our products are tested on animals. All DEIA products are vegan friendly, with the exception of LipCush® - which contains naturally derived beeswax and lanolin.
Can I use DEIA products if I have sensitive skin?
We believe beauty should be inclusive, safe and suitable for all skin types. But if you think our products might cause you to develop a reaction, please consult a medical or health professional before use. No offence taken! Safety first.

ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Was my order successful?
Once your order has been processed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and a summary of your order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
Can I track my order?
Once our order has been sent out for delivery, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel’s journey to you.
Where does DEIA ship to?
DEIA currently ships Australia-wide, but we know it’s only a matter of time until our international friends will discover DEIA. Sign up for our email and SMS to be the first to know when we’re making moves!
How much is shipping and delivery?
Delivery and shipping costs are indicated in your cart when you checkout and will be included in your total order cost.
We offer free Australia-wide standard shipping on orders of $90+
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (not including weekends).
Please allow extra processing time during public holidays and large sale or promotional periods.
Where will my order be delivered to?
We will deliver your products to the delivery address provided by you when you place your order. We are unable to process orders to a P.O box.
We may leave the products at your delivery address. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.
We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of you providing us with an incorrect address. Once your order has been processed we cannot change the delivery address you have provided us with.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The following timeframes are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.
Standard orders: 3-8 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by an third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at info@deiacosmetics.com
What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to make sure your parcel is still not out for delivery. DEIA is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered or notified as re-delivered or available for collection.
If a parcel is returned to us, payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order as we strive to fulfil your order as quickly as we can.
If you have received a product that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, see our returns policy below or email us at info@deiacosmetics.com and we will do our best to help you.
What is DEIA’s return policy?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. A refund will only be accepted if a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Please email us within 7 days of the date of delivery (with photos of your delivered products) at info@deiacosmetics.com and include your order number in the subject line so that we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
